The staggering national impact of illegal immigrant welfare expense

Happy New Year

Ah, election years – where an opposing party suddenly agrees with the other party to gain votes. What do I speak of? The open border that President Joe has created and the real crisis that Americans are facing when the tax bill comes their way.

Every day on Fox News there are pictures of thousands and thousands of people standing in line to come into the United States. Border Patrol agents are small specks in the sea of humanity – all because Washington D.C. thinks all of the illegals coming into America will vote Democrat and turn our nation into a one-party country.

The one-world government is working hand-in-hand with Biden and company to obliterate our border and make the United States one big territory with Mexico and Central America.

So, what does that mean to us as we go to work and try to provide for our families, save for retirement, or any other thing that we as Americans have the opportunity to do?

Washingtonexaminer.com reported, “A majority of ‘non-citizens,’ including those with legal green card rights, are tapping into welfare programs set up to help poor and ailing Americans, a Census Bureau finding that bolsters President Trump’s concern about immigrants costing the nation.

“In a new analysis of the latest numbers, from 2014, 63 percent of non-citizens are using a welfare program, and it grows to 70 percent for those here 10 years or more, confirming another concern that once immigrants tap into welfare, they don’t get off it.

“Concern over immigrant welfare use is justified, as households headed by non-citizens use means-tested welfare at high rates. Non-citizens in the data include illegal immigrants, long-term temporary visitors like guest workers, and permanent residents who have not naturalized. While barriers to welfare use exist for these groups, it has not prevented them from making extensive use of the welfare system, often receiving benefits on behalf of U.S.-born children,” added the Washington-based immigration think tank.

“The numbers are huge. The report said that there are 4,684,784 million non-citizen households receiving welfare.

“And nearly all, 4,370,385, have at least one worker in the house.”

The cost? MSN.com reported, “In a 49-page report released (in November), the House Committee on Homeland Security found that nearly half a trillion dollars is being lost in the healthcare, law enforcement, education, housing, and other sectors due to an influx of illegal immigration in the past two years. The $451 billion figure takes into account the millions of illegal migrants released by Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’s Department of Homeland Security, as well as 1.7 million so-called gotaways, the Center for Immigration Studies revealed in May.

“Only a small fraction is ever recouped from the taxes paid by illegal aliens, with the rest falling on the shoulders of American citizens and lawful residents,” it adds. “Mass illegal immigration, accelerated by Mayorkas’ open-borders policies, now represents a massive cost to the federal government and state governments alike, as well as the pocketbooks of private citizens and businesses.”

“Anywhere between 16.8 million and 29 million illegal aliens currently live in the U.S., according to data provided by the Federation for American Immigration Reform and Yale University. Since President Joe Biden assumed office in January 2021, at least 3.8 million illegal aliens have entered the country.”

What is interesting is cities like New York and Chicago, asylum cities, are now complaining because they don’t have the budget to house, feed, educate, etc. all of the illegal immigrants flowing into their cities.

It was mentioned on one radio program that most likely the Democratic government will slide money to the cities in various ways, taxpayer money, to help with their fiscal crisis – but nevertheless, liberals are waking up to the cost.

Again, it’s an election year; with that, Reuters.com reported, “Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs (D) on Friday ordered National Guard troops to the border with Mexico, saying the U.S. federal government’s recent decision to close a legal port of entry in her state “has led to an unmitigated humanitarian crisis.”

“It was a notable rebuke of President Joe Biden by a fellow Democrat as border security is shaping up to be a major issue in the 2024 presidential campaign, with Biden seeking re-election next November.

“Yet again, the federal government is refusing to do its job to secure our border and keep our communities safe,” Hobbs said in a press statement.

“The governor did not say how many members of the National Guard would be deployed but that they would be stationed along the southern border near the Lukeville port of entry and the San Miguel crossing.”

The border crisis is real and it’s coming home to those who support open borders. Dems think if they start early enough they can bamboozle voters into thinking they really care about a solid border. Well, I hope America wakes up.

Unfortunately, an open border is a New Year topic – but one that will affect us all in higher taxes and issues with our schools, the medical profession and more.

God bless you all.
